Why is there a red car symbol on my dashboard flashing when my car is off

Hi my name is Daniel Pettway. I drive a 2016 Nissan Sentra Sedan. The driver side door window is off track and now there's a red car symbol that flashes on and off when the car is off but when the car is on its off. I would like to now will my battery run down. And may I get a quote please.
