What is your question?
My car lost power going up a small hill, I pushed the gas peddle all the way to the floor and it just stalled and wouldn't go, someone had to stop and help me get it out of the road. It seems to do fine on level road but not up a hill. I used a code reader that gave me two different codes, one said Cadillac Converter and the other said Speed Sensor. They're are no noises but the check engine light is on

Hello, that sounds really challenging; i'm sorry to hear. The check engine light is definitlely on due to the presence of those codes, but it's impossible to know what's causing them without further troubleshooting them. Incorrect fuel and air mixtures can cause excessive fuel burning and catalytic converter issues - as well as power issues. Speed sensor related concerns can demonstrate a problem with the transmission, as an example. Assuming you are pulling only "P" diagnostic trouble codes as most consumer scanners do. Seek guidance at a local shop near you; hopefully the concern is more resolvable than it seems on the surface. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me
