What is your question?
I just changed my upstream O2 sensor, the crank shaft sensor, the accelerator pedal sensor and the connector that it plugs into cause my heat shield was ripped off my car so it melted the wires to the pedal I replaced both of them the pedal sensor and the wires that go to it the (connector) the car still won’t go over 10mph and the engine light code keeps saying the pedal sensor my dad try replacing the harness (connector) thinking that it might be a faulty one but it’s still doing the same thing I was driving the car on the highway and it stopped getting power to it so I had to pull over then couldn’t get it start over again so had it towed to my dads friend who is a mechanic he hooked it up to the diagnostics machine and Been fixing what it was saying it was broken but can’t figure this part out
How long has your 2008 Nissan Sentra had this problem?

Sounds like an electronic throttle body, position sensor, or wiring concern. Whereas your repair direction sounds like you've had the right idea, there's obviously something missing here. No "diagnostics machine" will diagnose the concern - only a technician capable of performing testing to drill down to the source of the concern. So, have that mechanic look closer and further, or find a different one near you with more experience and know how.
