What is your question?
Clutch reservoir is full there are no leaks but now it won't shift into any gear including reverse but with the car off, shifts easily into all five gears. Again, didn't detect any noises or leaks and this just happened from using the car no problem, to not being able not to shift, at all, major problem!
What makes this problem better or worse?
No, can't shift at all when the engine is on
How long has your 2005 Nissan Sentra had this problem?
12 hrs

Hello, this sounds like either a hydraulic system issue or a clutch issue. Hydraulics will allow the clutch to engage and disengage - I'd check there first. No leaks may be the case - but if the clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder is not working as it should - then fluid level won't matter; there must won't be pressure to move the clutch.
