P1148 (pd)Closed Loop Fault Detected (Bank 1) P1276 (pd)Thermostat Function P0128 (pd)coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature) P0011 (pd) My brother bought a used car at a dealership and the check engine light was on they stated that they top all fluids, change oil, and spark plugs. When I check for the error codes it was not fix by dealership and dealership did not disclose the problem before it was sold does this fall under lemon law? Please help my brother just bought recently.

You cannot legally sell a car with the check engine light on because it has to be smogged before sale from a dealer and you can't pass a SMOG test with the light on. Maybe you should bring the car back to them and tell them that. They may be in for trouble from the State of California for violating the law. The first three codes make me think that the thermostat is faulty and the engine is running cold. The P0011 indicates that there's a problem with the cam timing system. If you want to take it to a shop, here's a directory link for you: http://repairpal.com/nissan-repair-in-lancaster-california
Looks like it need a new thermostat. Ask them to replace it, reset the codes and see if any of those will come back. Zee
