A P0153 indicates a slow response from the Bank 2 Sensor 1 O2 sensor. With that fault, the O2 will never complete its readiness check. If you want to throw money at it, replace the Bank 2 Sensor 1 O2 again. If you want to diagnose it, you will need a scantool to look at the real time data of the O2 sensor and run some tests. Since you said you replaced all 4 O2 sensors, did you mistakenly reverse the connections between the upstream and the downstream sensor? If the sensors were reversed electrically, that would cause that fault. Scantool data would confirm.
