When I try to crank my car over it clicks I just put in a started like 3 mouths ago. Would it be my ignition switch?

My car does not start anymore. I turn the key I have all power. From my battery I turn key and I hear click click click click click click. And nothing else happens at all. I put a new starter in like 3 mouths ago. What do you think it is now? My ignition switch?
