Idle is very rough when the car is on drive when i put it on neutro the car feel ok, and the ck. engine light always flashing

That sounds like a possible fuel filter problem or Fowler plug or a cool pack going bad. After you try the cheap fixes try a vacum check and fuel pressure test. It could also be a bad ignition ground but very rare for alot of cars as new as yours
