I have a Nissan Sentra 1999 gxe, 1.6 engine. It doesn't engage

I have replaced timing chains the chain markings line up but the flywheel does not line up on the second Mark at 1 ocklock. Instead it is at eleven. When I try to start it it just spins and does not engage the motor. Can you help
