for the 3.0 dohc REMOVAL Disconnect vacuum hose from Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve. Remove the two EGR valve-to-exhaust manifold tube retaining nuts from the EGR valve. Remove the two EGR valve retaining bolts, EGR valve and EGR valve gaskets. INSTALLATION Clean upper intake manifold and EGR valve-to-exhaust manifold tube sealing surfaces with a plastic-tipped scraper to remove any residual EGR valve gasket material. Position EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube and new EGR valve gasket into EGR valve. Loosely install the two EGR valve-to-exhaust manifold tube retaining nuts to EGR valve. Install new EGR valve gasket and two bolts retaining EGR valve to the upper intake manifold. Tighten the retaining bolts and nuts to 20-30 N.m (15-22 Lb-Ft) . Connect vacuum hose to EGR valve. for the 3.0 ohv REMOVAL Disconnect Differential Pressure Feedback EGR Sensor from EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube. Disconnect EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube at EGR valve (EGR valve) and EGR valve tube to manifold connector. Remove EGR valve tube to manifold connector from RH exhaust manifold if required. INSTALLATION Follow removal procedure in reverse order. On this engine, tighten EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube nuts to 35-65 N.m (26-47 Lb-Ft) . Tighten EGR valve tube to manifold connector to exhaust manifold to 35-65 N.m (26-47 Lb-Ft) , if removed. Roy Sorry, wrong car. i will get the right info for you. Roy
