What is your question?

There may be an issue with the egr valve. It could be malfunctioning or is clogged. Further investigation is needed. Alex
Most 1996 – 1999 model year gasoline powered vehicles will fail the California smog inspection if "two" or more OBDII monitors are incomplete. *Any (one) OBDII readiness monitor can be incomplete and a gasoline powered car will pass the smog inspection*.
almost forgot to mention this>If the check engine light is not on and you only have ONE monitor not ready or incomplete,it will/should pass smog test!
Thank you.
you're welcome. just google it and show to inspection station, see what they say!
