What is your question?
So I just had two new tires put on the rear of my Nissan Rogue 2018. Within three minutes of pulling out of the garage, the AWD light came on the dash, and then the AWD Warning High Temps - Stop Vehicle came on. I pulled over and waited, continued driving and the same thing happened again. From what I’m reading, the tires have a different diameter from the old ones on the front which makes the car automatically go into AWD mode. Should I put the new tires on the front, and the older ones on the back, or purchase another set of tires for the front so they’re all the same diameter?

You cannot have different tires on different positions of the vehicle. You will absolutely cause irreparable damage that will be costly to fix. Replace all 4 tires with like tires at all times for best results. If 2 of the tires are only partially worn, you can replace only 2 - on the same axle, but they must be identical tire makes, model, size.
