Why doesn’t my a/c and heater work? On a Nissan 2017 Rogue S

What is your question?

I was installing a new radio and after not being able to I put the factory radio and all of the pieces back together. As a result when I turned my car back on the heather and A/C stopped working I turned the knobs and nothing no air. I need to know why?

What makes this problem better or worse?

The A/C and heater don’t work the fan doesn’t turn on.
