What is your question?
The entire nav screen goes black and then comes back on. It does not matter whether I have addresses loaded in the nav or whether the radio/cd is playing. I even disconnected my cell phone from the Bluetooth but did not make any difference.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing changes whether it comes back quickly
How long has your 2017 Nissan Rogue had this problem?
Since purchasing the car

I've had it to dealer but screen was not black at the time. No error codes showed on their diagnostics. The dealer told me they need to see it when it's black and perhaps perform a hard reset to the system. Thanks for your response.
mine does the same thing. Dealer said they had to see it. I don't see how I can make it do it at a certain time. it is a issue in more than one Rogue.
My Rogue is a 2017 model and still under warranty. I returned vehicle to dealer where I purchased it. I had kept a log of occurrences as the screen went blank three times while enroute to the dealer. They ordered a new audio bank. Have not had any more problems. They said the audio bank is a $1,000 part but luckily mine was covered under warranty since the car was only a few months old.
