Hello, I recommend leaving the vehicle at the dealership overnight to have the system checked after everything is cold. When this issue comes up, it is pretty normal for the A/C to function properly on the second or third start of the day. Many newer compressors use a refrigerant control valve instead of an A/C clutch, and this means that the compressor is always running, but the amount of load placed on the system determines how hard it will work. If the valve stops functioning properly, the highest possible load will only make a small change in the amount of work the compressor is really accomplishing. Also, if the vents are blowing cold, but the interior of the vehicle is just not cooling as quickly as you'd like, this may be an issue, but it may just be that the vehicle is in constant sunlight. If the vents are not blowing cold for an extended period of time, don't let the dealership tell you that the A/C is working normally. If they say that is normal, every other Nissan on the lot should do the exact same thing, right?
