sometimes when I accelerate the car makes a sound …..

it stops when I take my foot of the gas.it runs fine after that.is it something I need to worry about? its a kind of buzzing sort of sound. it when I go from a stopped position.

What makes this problem better or worse?

taking my foot of the gas makes it stop.
