My Nissan 2016 Rogue dash screen looses power and goes blank and won't function

What is your question?

I was driving and turned off the radio for a minute and when i turned it back on nothing happen the screen was just blank. I had no function such as radio ,back up camera blue tooth etc . The screen came back on after I pushed the buttons to turn it on then it went black again. Is it a common problem with Nissan and how do you fix it? is the problem a recall?It rained the days before and car was outside in the weather.
