What is your question?
My 2015 Nissan Rogue blows cold air. I used to be able to turn it on full blast/max AC and let it run for like 5 mins or so and then turn it back to heat and it would work. However, if I turned the temperature of the heat down, it would go back to blowing cool air. Thermostat has been replaced. We bought it used and in the first month had to take it back to the dealer for an air conditioning issue as it would only blow hot air. Any help or ideas would be appreciated!
How long has your 2015 Nissan Rogue had this problem?
This is the second winter

Hello, When you don't get the heat you're expecting inside the vehicle, the probable cause comes from one of two possible areas: 1 - The engine temperature is not getting hot enough. This can be due to a thermostat that is sticking open for too long. Testing of engine performance using a suitable diagnostic tool that will measure engine temperature is needed. 2 - Climate control concerns inside the vehicle are present. If you have a climate control concern, you can request heat, but the mechanisms that blend hot and cold air may not be working properly. This could mean that you don't get the heat you're asking for. Testing will need to be performed inside the vehicle with the climate control system to see what is going on. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
When my heater stopped working a few winters ago I couldn’t figure out the problem. It randomly worked m, but it seemed on the really cold days/nights is when it would low cold. Well, my battery was starting to tell me it was time to replace it, but I’m the type that will wait until something is completely broken or failed. My car battery was no different. After the new battery was installed my heater worked again 100%, even on the coldest days. I searched online trying to find some information on this since I have never heard of it nor experienced it and neither has anyone I’m know. So test your battery and determine if it’s going bad.
If the blend door is getting stripped out it can do that. It will catch sometimes and turn to heat and then sometimes it will slip and fall to cold. It's a very very common problem on those Nissan rogues. You fix it at the dealer for $3,000 with the same faulty parts or this company has a permanent repair you can do yourself. Or pay a mechanic.
