What is your question?
When the controls are set to off, you can feel a slight push of air through the vents. When turned on, this air flow is cut completely and you can feel it immediately. But when trying to turn on, you can hear the power transfer to the fans, but right before they are due to kick on, the power idles and is returned. The air isn't hot nor is there a smell. The compressor was changed a year ago. I'm not sure if it's a fuse cause it seems the wiring is fine. After reading up, It may be due to a faulty temperature sensor. Anyways, I've hit a wall and need all the help I can get.

I'm honestly a little confused by your concern description. Are you speaking of the blower inside the vehicle? If so, you could have a control concern, a switch concern, a wiring issue, a relay issue or a blower motor issue. Testing is needed to figure out what is happening.
