What is your question?
I was driving on highway today and my car all of a sudden stopped accelerating and the smoke started coming from under hood. I pulled over and opened hood and checked oil and it was good. Smoking stopped and restarted car and still having issue I will be going about 65 and rpm at 1500 and when I stay the same speed it goes up to 2 and back down again but no more smoke. I had to drive for another 2 hrs and still issues with rpm but no smoke and no warning light. Help

Hello, it is hard to know what caused the smoking -- perhaps a transmission fluid issue where the transmission pushed fluid out of the vent tube, which allowed the fluid to contact hot engine and exhaust components? Just a guess. By the way, transmission fluid is flammable and if it is this, you should not drive the vehicle until assessing it. Your symptoms deriving with engine speed fluctuating at highway speed seems to back up a transmission concern with the CVT in the vehicle. Continuing to drive a vehicle with a mechanical concern could lead to worse concerns and more costly repairs - have your vehicle checked right away. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops/nissan-repair-and-service-in-houston-texas
