why is the car beeping at night and battery is draining?

My car has been beeping at night plus the door image is off and on the dashboard. I sprayed all four doors and hatch with WD40 but the image is still lit and one back door will not open from the inside or out, when I use the fob key three of the doors open but not the one other. How do I fix this? Oh and I have had to replace three batteries in less than 13 months so I think there's a drain problem in the system and it may be related to the above issue. I'm an 82-year-old woman who just went out and followed the directions for the door but no luck although maybe the WD40 will help. I just got a new battery and I don't need more stress as I'm taking care of my 87-year-old husband with dementia. Please help me. I messaged Nisson dealer two days ago and no answer yet. I was asking for help and an appt to take care of this.

Hello, sounds like you have at least a clue with that one back door. Have that checked into first and recheck for warning lights and proper operation.
