Hello, although I never recommend any vehicle owner without technician skills and an EPA refrigerant handling permit and certification, it does not appear that recharging your system is preventing the fan to blow. The fan works independently of any cold or hot temperature selections and should be able to be manually turned on regardless of selection. This leads me to believe the blower system - including the blower motor, blower motor resistor, possibly a relay and controller -- is not working properly.
