trouble with lag in acceleration

after about 15 miles and car is well warmed up when i hit the accelerator from a complete stop no response or minimal response then it will kick in.

What makes this problem better or worse?

better when cold worse the longer it has ran

How long has your 2009 Nissan Rogue had this problem?

just bought the car i was not told of this problem not from a buisness
