Dealership put a transmission kit on it, said to drive it 200 miles n the jerking should disappear. Drove it over 350 miles & the jerking has returned!
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, seek guidance from your dealership again. They should be compelled to check your concern again without charge.
This is probably way too late, but I was having this issue, and went on Google & YouTube discovering that the CVT transmission problems from the late 90's and early 00's have not gone away. Catastrophic transmission failures under 60,000 miles and I was merely 3/4ths of that, and the vehicle was never driven hard. Changing the fluid did not help. Traded it in on a Hyundai Palisade with the long warranty as a deciding factor.
