A/C Question

Sounds like blend door problems or heater valve problems. If air velocity is diminishing then something is restricting it after maybe a vacuum servo bleeds off allowing blend door to move. If velocity stays the same but is just blowing warm then maybe heater valve is source or could be low charge on a/c. Either way will require some inspection.
