What is your question?
2002 Nissan Quest GXE The cabin vents always blow hot air like temperature is set to maximum. Changing the temperature setting (rotating the knob) does not have any affect. Its been pointing on blue for a long time. A/C is working fine. When turned on (separate press button), it blow cool air. Seems like its stuck at maximum heat.
How long has your 2002 Nissan Quest had this problem?

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. So sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. If your Quest's cabin vents always blow hot air regardless of the temperature setting, the issue is likely with the blend door actuator or the blend door itself. The blend door controls the mix of hot and cold air in the cabin based on the temperature setting. If the actuator is stuck or malfunctioning, it might be keeping the door in a position that allows only hot air to pass through. Another possibility is that one of the temperature sensors that are a part of the HVAC is malfunctioning, causing the vehicle to continue blowing hot air.
