Just wondering if anyone has insight on spastic idling while sitting at a light.
What is your question?
Its always with the van in drive waiting at a light. It gets kind of jumpy, like the car wants to take off. And while I'm driving I notice no issues at all. I appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Vehicle Application: 2000 Nissan Quest 3.3L 2000 Nissan Xterra 3.3L, Eng Cfg V6, Eng Des VG33E
Customer Concern: Rough idle and surge problem. Fuel trims are -25% at idle. The front O2 sensor reads 0.9 volts. The engine idles poorly. The screen for the Mass Air Flow Sensor is clean. Can add supplemental fuel and the engine smoothes out like running lean yet high O2 sensor voltage indicating rich.
Tests/Procedures: 1. Unplug the O2 sensor and look for 0.29 - 0.3 volts on the scan tool and with a voltmeter on the O2 sensor signal wire.
2. Plug the O2 sensor back in and create a vacuum leak to see if the O2 sensor voltage drops. If not, possibly a defective O2 sensor.
3. Pull the spark plugs and see if one spark plug is black and the others are white indicating a defective injector.
Potential Causes: Fuel Injector
Oxygen Sensor
Diagnostic Codes: None
Thanks so much, I will investigate later today.
