Hello, hesitation and bucking is often caused by a lack of or abundance of air coming into the engine. It can also be caused by an engine misfire, an exhaust restriction, or lack of fuel getting to the engine. You'll have to have a proper diagnosis performed to see what is missing. Good luck.
