lights turn on but van doesn't start

Hello, even thought lights turn on, it doesn't mean that the battery is good. Even though the vehicle does not start with a jump, it doesn't mean the battery is good. Have the battery tested first. Check to see if it's fully charged and able to sustain a load. I bet you'll find it is not. If you get through that, respond to this message and we can go from there.
