Someone who can do a diagnostic on it, starting with a scan test. Everything else will be an expensive guess. Zee

As Zee said have the problem properly diagnosed it's impossible to guess without being able to do some basic tests. Remove the distributor cap look for oil in the distributor, I have seen sensors in the distributor fail and or the distributor fill with oil (requiring the distributor to be replaced).
