to much brake pressure to rear wheel.

Adjust your rear shoes properly.

make sure your not leaking fluid inside the drum. either axle fluid or brake fluid. the shoe will swell and cause that brake to grab. if you look at back side of tire and wheel if it is shiney, (glossy) then you tell you have a leak without dissasembly.
