The left head light and both side high beams not come on.

Could be the relay. Could be the switch itself. You may need to check for voltage at the lights. If no voltage, check relay and switch. If there is voltage, may be the light sockets themselves. Condensation can cause problems in the sockets but usually its the relay or headlamp switch.
