One of my tail lights are out and a new bulb didnt work two days ago its started somthing new when the headlights are turned on the rear lights do not work ??? any leads on where to start or where to find an answer ????????

It sounds as if you may have blown the tail light fuse in your 1995 Nissan Quest. There may be a problem with the socket that was out in the first place which caused the fuse to blow. Check the fuses in your van and look over the sockets and any nearby wiring for any lights that are not currently working.
i would check the socket and the fuse i would start there if that is not the problem you may have a open wire or broken wire in the system
