Engine overheating

What is your question?

My Nissan Quest is overheating. I'm not losing coolant and there's no water in my oil. I've tried to eliminate all the obvious things that cause overheating. I noticed that my fan is not working when the car gets hot. Have I figured it out? Is there anything I should check on the electric fan? Is it a job I can do? I've always worked on my cars if it was a simple job.
