Oil pump changed with new oil pump but won't pump oil

What is your question?

I change the oil pump three times put a new timing chain new distributor new head which came preinstalled valves engine will not pump or oil

What makes this problem better or worse?

Oil pump not properly primed prior to install .. Oil pump drive system defective .. Oil pick up tube screen clogged .. Oil pickup tube leaking.
