Car doesn't like to start under 60 degrees F.

What is your question?

Replaced both fuel pumps. Replaced cam and crank shaft sensors. New plugs. New mas sensor. Throttle body checks out good. Relays checked good for fuel system. Good battery. Will try and start then dies after 1 second then just turns over. Been to 4 shops including dealer only code has been 0300.
