How can I get navigation?
What is your question?
I have a ‘17 Pathfinder w/o navigation. If I only change the control panel (w/ nav button), would that work to give me navigation?

No, you'd have to obtain a navigation control unit, the A/V control unit, all the wiring, and even then It probably wouldn't work. Obtain a vehicle that has the options you want, or obtain an aftermarket device or comfort using a smart phone -- that's my suggestion.
