When engine reaches temperature idle is a little rough when stopped & in gear rpm pulls down to about 625

You can't- its computer controlled. Take your vehicle to a reputable service shop and have them verify your problem to see what might be causing this issue. It could be something as simple as a dirty throttle body interfering with the proper closure of the throttle plate.
