It’s a little challenging to say what might be going on without more information. Are you referring to the transmission Valve Body? Or the Throttle body? With either of those, they likely need an initialization using an appropriate scan tool in order to work properly and that may be why you have no throttle response. It’s also possible that you have a faulty part, a connector not fully connected, or wiring that got damaged in the course of the repair. However it sounds like it may just be an inialization issue and may be best to take it to a mechanic or shop that has the appropriate scan tool to be able to complete the process and check for any other contributing issues. As for your question about making payments, I assume you are referring to the repair cost. That is something you would need to discuss with the shop that you choose to work with.
