Window got knocked out an hasnt crank since

Hello, I just don't see a correlation between a broken window or a window replacement and a vehicle not cranking. Why did you have to replace a battery? Have you tested the battery? Is the battery now fully charged and able to sustain a load? Did anything get a spark when changing the battery, possibly blown a fuse under the hood?
