When I start the car in the morning, thats when its makes the sound louder, once I put it on reverse
What makes this problem better or worse?
Its worse when engine is cold

Hello, this could be an internal transmission concern, especially if it is temperature sensitive. I was thinking axle or drive shaft joint, but that wouldn't depend on "morning start". Hands on inspection is needed.
