After dusty desert drive check engine light goes on

When I go out to the desert the check engine light comes on. Especially if it is very dry and dusty out there

Your best bet is to scan it for codes. There are many reasons the check engine light can be on. Most auto parts stores will scan the car for free. Could be a mass air flow sensor code. Post up results. Alex
