Without rear air conditioning the system calls for 1.54 lbs of R134A, with rear A/C they call for 1.87 lbs of refrigerant. To have lost all the refrigerant your air conditioning system has a leak which needs to be investigated as moisture may have now gotten into the system and or just putting refrigerant into the system may be a waste.
