Why is my overdrive and my AC not working is there a fuseable link or sensor ?

Got work done with the Timing chain all replaced and now overdrive and my AC clutch won't engage and the 2005 Path don't have OD no more fluilds good everything seems good put a AC gauge on it low side high pressure. What can I trouble shoot for starters?
What makes this problem better or worse?
it drives fine but has trouble shifting when it warms up.
