How does a person blow a motor up

It’s ok the male friend I used to live with let another friend/girl drive it any kind of way.he’s crazy because he wasn’t always with her so he never knew how she drives it.we had gotten you know a oil change we even had a tune up done way before it needed we had tires put a new battery way before she came around.i just put the rest just be cause you know, but you cannot fix stupid I thought you might need a laugh I want to thank you for your help have a great rest of the week
