how much will it cost to replace timing chain on my pathfinder

Labor for just the chains is over 13 hours labor on the 2WD truck, if there is internal damage where valves are damaged, cylinder head removal is 22 to 23 hours labor would include part of the t/chain removal, more serious piston damage costs would be much higher.
