I REPLACED THE TIMING BELT, SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES A DIS CAP AND ROTOR AND FUEL FILTER AND STILL WONT START

Hello, I'm sorry to say that there is absolutely no way anyone in this forum could possibly offer assistance. Someone needs to see your vehicle and evaluate it hands on. If you've done all this work and it won't start, there's got to be something missed or done erroneously -- this must be determined via a hands on inspection. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
