engine stalled

my pathfinder started acting as if it was running out of gas when tank was full. 2 days later my truck wont start at all. turns over but doesnt start. fuel pump is pushing fuel past the filter.... checked that. is there a cellanoid that shuts the fuel off at the injector? at the throttle body what is the functon of the electrical connection on that? we have spark at the plugs but plugs are dry. need direction
