What is your question?
Just replace the slave cylinder and while i was bleeding the line, fluid filled the rubber boot and popped the boot off, is this a bad new cylinder i bought? Should I just get a new one and try again? Or could there be a nother problem?

Bad cylinder, the seal has come dislodged and needs to be set back into place, since you just bought it I would just take it back and have them replace it
Did that today, and the second cylinder did the same thing, u mean to tell me napa sold me two bad cylinders?
