I purchased new flood lamps, connected them but can not get them to work. I checked fuses and all connections and all is good. At one point they worked and then not. My fuse box lid says that I should contact the dealership for any contacts not listed. I tried that and they could not help me. Please tell me what I am doing wrong and how I might get this problem solved.

Start by getting the service manual and identifying the path of the circuit, and all components that the circuit passes through.
If the flood lights were a factory option, they should have a dedicated fuse and relay, so those will be the first on the list to inspect.
Next, identify if the switch is working properly, and work your way from the switch to the floodlights to identify where the circuit has failed. You are looking for a loss of power along the way.
